Marri Krishna Reddy Educational & Charitable Trust was founded in the memory of Sri. Marri Krishna Reddy, eldest son of Smt. Savithri Devi & Dr. M. Channa Reddy. He was born on April 10, 1940. Smt. Savithri Reddy lost her parents when she was very young. As she went through a sad phase in life, her teacher told her that Lord Krishna would always be by her. . She developed an affection, trust and refuge in Lord Krishna (baby Krishna) which she maintained throughout her life. She named her eldest son Krishna and even her eldest grandson, Krishna.
